This site is operated by Supplemental Warehouse at https://supplementalwarehouse.com. We sell supplements and related wellness products online.

We collect only what we need to run the warehouse:

• Order details — name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, items, quantities, and totals.
• Account details — if you create an account: login email and profile information you provide.
• Messages — anything you send through Contact or support.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, and pages viewed, used for security, spam control, and site performance.
• Cookies — small files on your device (see Cookies below).

We do not ask for extra health records. Product pages are for shopping, not medical advice.

• Process carts, checkout, payments, shipping, and returns.
• Send order confirmations, tracking, and service emails.
• Answer support questions and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Improve the shop, checkout, and warehouse pages.
• Send restock or list emails only if you join a newsletter or similar opt-in.

We do not sell your personal information.

Checkout runs through WooCommerce. Payment is handled by our payment providers (for example Stripe and express options such as Apple Pay or Google Pay when they appear at checkout).

Card numbers are processed by those providers — we do not store full card details on our servers. Those providers have their own privacy policies.

Cookies help the cart, checkout, login, and cookie banner work. Some are required for the shop. Others (analytics or ads, if enabled) can be controlled in the cookie banner where shown.

• Necessary — cart, checkout, security, cookie preferences.
• Functional — remember choices that improve the visit.
• Analytics — understand which pages are used (if you allow them).
• Advertising — only if you allow them in the banner.

You can also block cookies in your browser. Blocking required cookies may break the cart or checkout.

We share data only with services that help us operate:

• Payment processors and express-pay providers.
• Shipping carriers, to deliver your order.
• Hosting, email, and security tools that run the site.
• Authorities, if we are legally required to do so.

Embedded content from other sites (if used) may collect data as if you visited that site directly.

Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfillment, tax, accounting, and dispute handling. Account profile data stays until you ask us to delete the account, except where we must retain it for legal or security reasons.

Support messages are kept long enough to resolve the request and improve service.

Depending on where you live, you may ask us to:

• Access a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate details.
• Delete data we are not required to keep.
• Limit or object to certain processing.
• Opt out of marketing emails (unsubscribe link in those emails).

If you have an account, you can also review much of this information in your account area. To make a request, contact us with the email used on the order.
